LT03: how it works

LT03: how it works
The system consists of call points (loading points) and receiving points (forklifts). A push of a button at the loading points signals when a load is ready for pick up. A call to all forklifts or just to specific ones can be made from this call point if necessary.

As soon as a forklift receives a call, it is displayed to the driver on the portable unit. Then, by pushing a button, the driver can decide whether he is going to accept the job. His response is transmitted via the radio network to the call point, which assigns the job to the first forklift that responds. Once the job has been assigned, it is then automatically deleted on all of the other forklifts. As soon as the delegated forklift has taken delivery of the goods, this is confirmed at the call point by pressing a button. Jobs can be allocated and delegated as easily as this.

Additional features

Stack of orders
The forklift call points also have a contact input, which e.g. makes it possible to process a stack of orders.
Parallel order block
The call point automatically deletes the parallel acceptance of jobs by the forklifts. Only one forklift receives the job. The other forklifts are shown the next one.
Output for signal light
The call points also have a voltage output for a signal light (max. 500 mA).

System construction

The forklift drivers are connected by a logical radio network structure (each call point is simultaneously a repeater)

Individual names can be assigned to the call points, like e.g. „Warehouse 1“

Up to 30 loading points with a maximum of 30 forklifts can be managed in one area

Up to 15 areas (subnets) in one storage / production facility can be operated in parallel

Up to 450 call points and 450 stacker trucks can be controlled in parallel in this way

A control room or a computer connection is not required
